Are you going to charge your guests to play? I'd just give everyone the same amount of chips. Maybe dealers get a few extra chips for dealing. I'd get the guests to take turns as "dealers" each game will need a "dealer" someone to take and pay bets. I would very much like input on how I can host a fun night for my friends.
